FC Honka is looking for part-time coaches for the youth phase

One of Finland’s leading junior football clubs, FC Honka ry, is developing its organization. For the season 2021-2022, we are looking for coaches for the U12-U20 boy’s side, Black and Yellow teams. Black teams generally play at league levels one or two. We are also looking for assistant coaches for the A and B junior teams.

We are looking for outgoing people with strong pedagogical skills and good organizational skills. We require that the coaches follow the coaching line of FC Honka in their work. 

Our goal is to recruit 5-7 coaches. The duties will be filled from 1st of November 2021 or by agreement.

Job descriptions are defined individually. Each job description includes directing rehearsals and games in the evenings and on weekends, regular communication with players, parents, and other members of the coaching team. In addition, coach training or similar support services for staff can be arranged.

As a coaching license recommendation from the Finnish Football Association and UEFA, is level C, but this is not a necessity at the beginning of the employment relationship. Above all, we look forward to a burning enthusiasm as well as a desire to join the black-and-yellow growth story and work together in one of our country’s leading junior football organizations.
